All our cakes are made from original recipes, European and American; they represent the pinnacle of each baking tradition. We use only the finest ingredients: unsalted butter, pure natural flavors and fine domestic and imported chocolates. Hoffman’s specializes in wedding cakes that taste good. Signature Chocolate: Layers of chocolate genoise filled with chocolate mousse.
Lemon Chiffon: Layers of vanilla genoise with lemon mousse iced with vanilla buttercream.
Strawberry Genoise: Sponge caked filled with strawberry mousse iced with vanilla buttercream and covered with white chocolate shavings.
Black Forest: Chocolate genoise filled with kirsch soaked, sour cherries and chocolate mousse.
Tiramisu: Espresso soaked vanilla genoise with mascarpone cream filling iced with buttercream and covered with chocolate shavings, white or dark.
Carrot Cake: Made with fresh carrots, walnuts, pineapple and coconut. Filled with cream cheese icing.

Specialty Cakes
White Chocolate Cheesecakes: A creamy style with a dark chocolate cookie crust. Iced lightly with vanilla buttercream. – $5.00 per serving
Princess Torte: Our specialty. Layers of sponge cake, whipped cream and raspberry, covered with marzipan. – $4.00 per serving
Chocolate Mousse Fantasy: Our signature chocolate cake wrapped in pure Belgian white chocolate. Covered with chocolate fans. – $6.00 per serving
Dark Chocolate Mousse Fantasy: Our black forest cake wrapped in a dark chocolate, covered with chocolate fans. – $6.00 per serving
Date and Delivery Details: To guarantee the highest quality, Hoffman’s must limit the number of wedding cake orders taken for any given date. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit of one third the total price of the cake. The balance is due one month prior to delivery. There is a refundable platter deposit of $10 per tier, which will be returned upon receipt of the platters and pillars. We request that they be returned within one month. A cascading cake stand is available for a $100 deposit. All wedding ornaments are extra. We can order one for you or you may provide your own. Many people use fresh flowers, which your florist can provide.
Delivery and Setup for Santa Cruz locations is $30.00, $45.00 for Santa Cruz Mountains and Watsonville and $75.00 for San Jose and Monterey. We strongly recommend that you use this service.
